When our patients supply us with the correct insurance information, we will submit your insurance company as a courtesy. All though we do accept most insurance companies, for our patient’s convenience, we are contracted as PPO providers for:

• Cigna
• Delta Dental
• MetLife
• Premera
• Regence (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
• WDS (ODS)

For our patients who have no insurance coverage and/or have insurance deductibles or co-pays, we accept:

• Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
• Care Credit (In house credit card, if approved, it can be used on the same day as visit.)
